Because our services require reserved appointment times, travel, and the use of professional products and labor, all services are non-refundable once completed.
If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your service, please notify us before our technician leaves the property so we can address the concern immediately. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
Deposits or booking fees, when applicable, are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-show appointments may result in forfeiture of any deposit or booking fee.
