Terms of Service – Image Mobile Detailing

By scheduling or receiving services from Image Mobile Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Expectations

Image Mobile Detailing strives to deliver high-quality results using professional techniques and products. However, detailing is a cleaning and restoration service, not a repair service. Some stains, odors, scratches, or permanent damage may not be fully removable.

**Legal Disclaimer:  Some interior stains, especially from dyes, chemicals, or long-term buildup, may lighten but cannot always be completely removed.

2. Pre-Existing Damage

Image Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage to a vehicle including, but not limited to:

  • Scratches, rock chips, or paint defects

  • Cracked, faded, or brittle plastic or trim

  • Torn or weakened upholstery

  • Damaged electronics or switches

  • Loose trim or emblems

Cleaning and detailing may reveal damage that was previously hidden by dirt or buildup.

3. Stains, Odors & Interior Conditions

 

  • While we use professional cleaning products and techniques, complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed, especially in cases involving deep staining, dyes, chemicals, mold, pet contamination, or long-term buildup.

4. Personal Belongings

 

  • Customers are responsible for removing personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Image Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Water & Power Access

 

  • For certain services, customers may be asked to provide access to water or electricity. If these resources are unavailable, service options may be limited.​

6. Weather & Safety Conditions

 

  • As a mobile service, appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, extreme temperatures, or high winds.

7. Satisfaction Policy

 

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have a concern about the service performed, it must be brought to our attention before the technician leaves the location so we have the opportunity to address the issue on-site.

8. Payment Terms

 

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.​

9. Refund Policy

 

  • Due to the nature of detailing services involving time, labor, travel, and materials, all services are non-refundable once completed.

10. Right to Refuse Service

 

  • Image Mobile Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for vehicles that pose safety risks, hazardous conditions, or unreasonable service expectations.

  • By booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
